Scripture – Discussion Questions
When you think about Scripture in your own life, does it feel more like something you enjoy, something you feel you should do, or a mix of both? What has shaped that relationship for you over time?
Most of us go through seasons when opening the Bible feels harder than usual. What do those seasons look like for you, and what—if anything—has helped you reconnect when that happens?
Scripture isn’t just about learning information—it’s about getting to know God. What helps Scripture feel more personal and relational to you rather than distant or abstract?
Think about a time when a verse, story, or theme from Scripture stuck with you. What made it stick? And how did it affect the way you thought, prayed, or acted in that season of life?
Scripture is meant to shape who we’re becoming, not just what we believe. How do you see Scripture influencing the way you treat others, make decisions, or live out your faith right now—even in small ways?
Can you think of passages that give us specific guidance on how God wants us to live, think and behave? Is there an underlying greater principle that governs all these things?
